Well, I’m officially in my new place. Moving was tough, and now, even though I’m over here for good, all this week I’m going to be going over to the old apartment and cleaning it like crazy to avoid some charges.

It feels good to be in a new place, though. This morning I made it all official by spending some quality time with Mr. John, aka, the bathroom. There’s something about taking that first dump in a new place that… well, just makes it feel like home. It’s my way of saying “Welcome” I suppose.

The hecticness of moving while at the same time starting a new job has totally destroyed any buffer of strips I had created. Which means today’s strip was done late last night, and Wednesday’s strip needs to be done today–while I still have to unpack boxes, move some furniture, etc. I don’t like being in this situation, but it’s my commitment to you that Dorm Dorks will always be on time and ready to go. I haven’t missed an update since last October, and I’m not ready to start now.
