Pizza Flavor
Lets talk for a minute, not about pizza, but about pizza “flavored” things, such as the Pringles chips Bob mentioned today, or the pizza flavored goldfish crackers…
Let’s just get it straight. These things are not good. They leave these filmy, flavor particles in your mouth and teeth, they make you breath smell awful, they’ve got a gritty texture, not to mention they don’t taste like pizza at all.
But I must have them.
I can’t explain it — maybe it’s some psychological, subconscious chemical reaction that happens because I love real pizza, and I think that these things some how connect me to pizza… I don’t know, but no matter how disappointed I get in these artificial flavors, no matter how much they hurt me, I keep running back to them, begging for forgiveness and a slight hint of cheesy flavoring, and instead getting some kind of weird, chili/dirt flavor and a scar (emotional? physical?) to remind me never to leave again…
It’s a sickness. But I like it…

I think it is safe to say that this is the only blog I read where the blogger can do a whole blog blogging about pizza flavored foods. Did you like how many times I said blog there? Ha, blog.

They say, Mike, that admitting that you have a problem is the first step.

I fail to see how eating pizza flavored foods is anything buy a strength.
Provided, of course, you have some mints on hand to wash out the graininess.
