Star Trek Countdown

I try not to let myself get hyped up for movies, ’cause I always seem to be disapointed. Ever since Spider-Man 3, I’ve never let me heart get attached to a movie before I see it. But man, I can’t help myself with Star Trek. I’m so excited about it, so I declare this week to be Star Trek week, we’ll get some good Trek jokes happening until the movie comes out. See ya at the theater!

Yeah, I’m a nominal Trek fan and I’m pretty excited about this new movie. It looks great! Plus, it should finally get the special effects treatment that it deserves.

Quick update: ILM and Digital Domain both did work on Star Trek. The ending credits informed me of this. And, yes, the special effects were much better.
