Music truly does induce maximum artistic creativity. It got me through all my college art projects. I usually had the studio to myself and would turn up the volume all the way on the boom box and rock out to my entire tape and cd collection.

Thats awesome –also, a TAPE collection! I remember the days of tapes… you’re right though, I almost always have to have music on when I draw. Although, never when I write, then I get distracted.

I too need absolute quiet when I write, but I need music to draw. I guess because I need to concentrate to think of dialog and situations; but drawing is almost automated.
