So many happy words in my head…I can’t even sort them out.

You and me both! I had more fun drawing panel 3 than anyone should have…

Dude, the background for the first panel is just great. You squeezed in just enough detail really give the strip a sense of ‘place’. I’m jealous.

I love the self portrait in panel 3. I’m also enjoying the vitriol that Sandy is spewing. If this weren’t a family friendly strip I’ll bet she could cuss like a sailor.

@Nate – Thanks man! You’re too kind! And I’m glad its working, I think a lot of my early strips suffered from not having a sense of place.
@Chris – Haha, yes… if only that guy could come up against Chuck… would the universe explode somehow? And yeah, I think Sandy’s got a little more of a mouth on her than we think…

I was also just noticing that “the guy” in panel 3 has either spilled something horribly on his shirt – and chosen to wear it anyway – , or he’s wearing a tie-died T-shirt. Either one seems completely possible with that rag-tag group you’ve drawn.

In this case, it’s definitely tie dye.
