Whaddaya Want For Nuthin’?

Bonus round for you, constant readers! I did not intend for this to be a double-sized strip, but thats exactly what it turned out to be. So, say thank-you to the creative process (which looks a lot like poor planning, but is different in a very subtle way) for the extra-sized helping of Dorm Dorks today.

Synonymous with Comedy

Friday, October 9th, 2009

The situation Bob is describing today happened to me for real. We were watching the trailer for the “Nightmare on Elm Street” remake (in front of Zombieland, which is awesome, btw) and it was good and freaky and interesting… the crowd was unsettled, a hush fell over them, a few bites of popcorn were slowly munched, echoing through the dark, shadowy theater… then, the screen declared in huge letters: “From Producer Michael Bay,” and the entire sold-out crowd literally erupted into hysterical laughter, and kept laughing through the rest of the trailer.

I just love how Bay’s name is now just comedic in and of itself. I mean, the entire theater…. greatness.
